In this 1-hour course, we will cover the objectives, benefits, and different levels of Tier meetings. A structured approach for leaders to strengthen employee focus on process outcomes, align teams, escalate issues when needed, identify opportunities for improvement, drive sustainable change, and achieve business objectives.
